Calcot Manor Hotel & Spa

Replacement of the existing DHW & LTHW ACV Boilers serving the Main Hotel. This was in conjunction with the installation of new pressurised domestic mains cold and hot water services to omit the existing gravity fed system and the associated water hygiene issues (due to storing water).

Throughout the project, we were tasked with maintaining heating and hot water and completing a significant amount of work in the short timescales allotted.

  • Installation of new HWS F&R water from plantroom though roof space to replace indirect hot water cylinders
  • Insulating all services
  • Trace heating external main cold water service where at risk of freezing
  • Installation of new mains cold water from plantroom though roof space to replace CWST
